Happy Birthday

Today is my friend Cuca's Birthday...I'm meeting her for lunch.  I made her a gift she can hang her cards in. I took an old shutter and altered it for her.

God Knows all...

Larry picked me up for lunch today..we had a burger at Whataburger. We were midway thru lunch when in walked an elderly lady. She set her purse and mop down at a table close to ours and walked over. I'm not good at guessing ages but I'm gonna say 70 ++ years old.

Week-end Project

Week-end project.

My crafting buddy Ana came over this week-end and we altered a couple of lamps.  We have two friends who will be moving soon and they both love to sew.  Here are some before and after pictures.

Dress Form

 I used the paper bag from the before picture to collage this dress form.  Will use it as a backdrop for pictures.  May dress it up more with lace and small beads.

Again, this is an unfinished frame from Michaels but instead of painting it I covered it with paper for Valentines and added Cowboy embellishments for dear hubby Valentines gift.

Friday...at last

Friday at last... I will take some pictures this week-end of differrent things I'm working on. I hoping to visit some treasure shops this week-end.  My son has his first baseball practice for the season so we are off and running to "fields of dreams". Happy Crafting see you next week.
