Two Birthday cards I did for the shop.

We take our rings and watches off either to wash our hands or
to do dishes. So why not hang them on these cute frames. They
are good for the night stand too if you take your rings off at night.

Using quilting hoops I made these for receipe holders.
Just hang them in the kitchen and put your favorite receipies in them.
I took some old window shutters and turned them into coat racks.

I added the water valves and knobs to them.

Here is another cheerleader with spirit pin attached.

Julie Nutting girls...

After making a bunch of the cheerleading girls for my son's high school. I received a request to make some girls for a cheerleading studio but in pink and black.  Here's a sample of the ones I have done so far.

100 POSTING...

I reached 100 postings as of today 6/18/13.  I have enjoyed sharing my creations with the viewers.  I am humbled when someone buys one of my creations for themselves or gives it as a gift.  Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Steam Trunks

I found two steamer trunks really reasonable and in great shape. I used one for my sons rodeo gear and one for his baseball gear.

Marx Metal Doll House

I remember as a child I played with this doll house. It had plastic furniture in it. I don't think it was my doll house but I enjoyed playing with it. I have now acquired one and I'll keep my eye out for the plastic furniture. It's funny how I didn't remember this memory until I saw the doll house.

Al Ragusin presentsTrain Your Own Horse (playlist)

I so enjoyed doing this project with my dear friend Al Ragusin.  It was a pleasure
to work with him and I was honored he invited me to participate in his videos for RFD TV.

Thanks and Love to you Al.

Cards

Here are some cards I came up with. I sell them in a shop that sells flowers and materials for quilters.

Bee Well...

A friend of mine owns a flower shop and she went to the hospital for surgery.  Instead of flowers I gave her my version of flowers.  I added some flower buttons to a small flower pot. I also included my flower pot card. She loved it and she's doing great.

Lamp shades

I love taking a lamp shade and creating something I like with it. Here are a few altered shades I did.

Dollhouse

I put this doll house together for my daughter for her 8th birthday. Every time she made good grades I would buy her something to put in it. We had a great time with it. She eventually out grew it and it went into barn storage. When her daughter was old enough to play with it I asked if she wanted it for her... Na was the answer. So I gave it to some friends with granddaughters and they played with it for years. Well, they out grew it too so they decided to return it to me. I gave it a new paint job and some wall papers. I will take care of it until it gets a new owner. The Green house with the cream inside is the old look, the Black and White with the papered walls is the new look.

Thimble necklsce

I find it strange that I don't sew much and yet I make all sorts of things for sewing.

Yoyo hair pins.

I saw some hair pins with buttons sewed onto them, I thought they were cute. I liked them and decided to add yoyos to mine. I love making yoyos.

Adding frames.

How about that thermostat that just sticks out of the wall. Ever thought about framing it.
